Challenge

Our client had been focusing on customer success and retention, creating excellent processes to maintain their loyalty. However, their focus was failing to attract new clients and keep up with their direct competitors.

In fact, their competitors had started introducing far more effective websites that were engaging and interactive to new customers. Our client felt they were being left behind and reached out to us as they had worked with us before and knew we could manage a solution and deliver quick results.

Solution

As urgency was a key part of the project, we helped our client create a project brief and moved quickly to pull the right team together.

The team consisted of an experienced designer, an editor, a QA lead, and a project manager who would take the burden off our client, allowing them to focus on their core business tasks.

Our project manager presented them with three designs and once a design was chosen, we rapidly implemented the website functionality, design and content, creating a finished result within 4 weeks.

Results

The result was an engaging website, with an interactive UX design that encouraged potential customers to take the next step and work with our client.
