Our client was entering a new market and had a rapidly growing team.
They had engaged an external agency to deliver many projects, but milestones were not being reached due to errors which were in turn delaying content release, taking more and more time to manage the project.
In fact, instead of reducing our client’s workload, our client had more to do, and it was impacting the overall efficiency of the team. Costs started to creep up and the quality of work dropped alarmingly after the initial engagement period.
It was not a sustainable situation and our client needed to find a solution urgently.
After learning about our client’s needs and the experience they had had, we were quickly onboarded and set to work. We built a specific delivery team to meet our client’s needs with targeted training and we implemented processes, workflows and checklists to effectively collaborate with the team.
Unlike the agency they had been working with, we were able to scale as our client grew, working as quickly as they needed us to thanks to our flexible and remote teams.
We have been consistently delivering our client’s projects successfully and ensuring quality at all times through our specific QA process.
We have also provided access to a financial dashboard that we built in order to simplify purchase order allocation and billing.
